Consultation and/or Supervision could be packaged according to need and would be affordably priced according to the package. The initial consultation over the phone or by email is FREE. |

The initial consultation of ONE HOUR at your facility location is $75 plus the cost of gas at 5 cents a mile from Atlanta. |

The professionally designed Georgia required Policies and Procedures Manual and the Georgia required Fire and Disaster Manual are each specifically personalized for your facility in a 3-ring binder, each with approximately 200 pages…in color...with the name of your facility on the outside cover and inside where applicable. |

Each of these Manuals is priced at $250...through December 31, 2008. The price is increased to $350 per Manual on January 1, 2008. (Additional shipping charges of $15 per manual would be added to these prices) |

A full Resident Admission Package is priced at $75...through December 31, 2008. This includes the resident admission contract, and all other documents required and approved by the State of Georgia as well as other documents that will help to protect you if there is a conflict or problem. All forms have your facility’s name and contact information and are professionally designed. |

An Employee Package with application and all State required forms plus other forms for protection is priced at $50 per package….through December 31, 2008. |
